Why did the bot leave my server?
Either the license was not linked within 10 minutes of adding the bot, or the license expired or was disabled. Check the dashboard and make sure the license is active and linked to the same server.
Can I move the license to another server?
You cannot move it yourself through the website as a safeguard against reselling. Contact technical support for a legitimate transfer.
Why is a command not working?
Make sure the bot role is above the roles it needs to manage and that it has the Administrator permission. Run /scan to verify all permissions.
What is the difference between quarantine and ban?
A ban removes the member from the server permanently. Quarantine removes all their roles and gives them a restricted role with no permissions, so they remain in the server but cannot do anything.
How often are automatic backups saved?
Every 6 hours when “Automatic Backup” is enabled in Lists and Settings. The bot keeps the latest 10 backups.
What does “operations per minute” mean?
Each system has a clear limit, such as 3 operations in 60 seconds. The bot reverts unauthorized changes immediately and applies the selected punishment when the actor reaches that limit.
I added the bot, but it does not respond to commands
Check three things: the license is linked to this exact server, the bot is online, and the slash commands are registered. Type / and check whether the bot commands appear in the list.
The bot punished an innocent member—what should I do?
Add them to the allowlist in Lists and Settings so they are exempt. If punishments happen too often, raise the allowed operations per minute for that system.
Can I give someone full bot permissions?
Yes. Add them to Trusted Admins. They will be exempt from all protection systems and can use sensitive commands such as /backup restore.
What happens if the bot or server goes offline?
Your settings are stored in the database and will not be lost. When the bot comes back online, it loads the same settings and continues normally.
Does restore delete existing channels?
No. Restore is smart: it only recreates what was actually deleted and does not touch anything that already exists and is healthy.
How can I tell whether protection is actually working?
Run /status to see every system’s state, or open the Logs tab in the dashboard to review every security event the bot stopped.
