Service and subscriptions
The platform provides the Security and Community bots and their dashboards. Paid access follows the selected plan and its duration; permanent plans are subject to the permanent-license terms below. A license can be linked only through the account and server access controls provided by the platform.
License sharing, resale or bypassing access controls is not permitted under the existing usage rules. Use must comply with Discord rules.
Permanent licenses and permanent platform closure
The Permanent plan for Security Bot and Community Bot is paid once, without scheduled subscription renewals, and remains valid while the platform service operates. It is not a promise that the platform will operate forever.
If the platform closes permanently, permanent licenses end and no longer grant access to the platform or its bot services. Temporary outages, maintenance and temporary suspension of website access do not constitute permanent closure and do not, by themselves, end a permanent license.
This provision applies to both new and existing permanent licenses for both bots. Timed plans retain their specified subscription durations.
Configuration and service limits
The operator of a server selects its roles, channels, thresholds and automated actions. Discord role hierarchy, API limits, connectivity and the enabled features affect execution. Detection and recovery are not guarantees against all damage or uninterrupted service.
Billing and refunds
Review the selected plan, duration and final total on the payment page before confirming. For billing or refund questions, contact administration with your order reference.
Refund request window: 3 days.
The request window is not a promise that the funds will be returned within three days. Refund processing is tracked separately with the payment provider.
