Getting Started Commands Terms & Rules FAQ

License terms

One license, one server
Each license code is permanently linked to one server. It cannot be moved without contacting support.
Sharing or reselling the code is prohibited
The license code is personal and linked to your account. Sharing it with a third party violates the terms of use and may cause it to be cancelled.
Automatic removal
The bot automatically leaves any server without an active license, whether expired or revoked, without an additional warning.
Only the server owner can link a license
Even if you have the Administrator permission, you must be the actual server owner according to Discord to link a license to it.
License duration
Some licenses are permanent and others have a fixed term. You can see your license expiration date in the dashboard.

Acceptable use

Follow Discord’s terms
Any use that violates Discord’s Terms of Service including spam, harassment, prohibited content, or privacy violations, will result in immediate license cancellation without a refund.
Do not use the bot to harm others
The bot is a protection tool. Using its systems for bullying, malicious mass removal, or harming innocent members is strictly prohibited.
Do not hack or reverse engineer the service
Any attempt to bypass the license system, compromise the dashboard, or exploit vulnerabilities will result in a permanent ban without warning.
Configuration responsibility
You are responsible for configuring the bot’s permissions and role correctly. Incorrect settings may prevent some systems from working or produce unintended results.

Important instructions before use

Move the bot role to the top
The bot cannot punish a member whose role is higher than its own. This is the most important step—without it, most protection systems will not work.
Grant it the Administrator permission
The bot needs it to restore data, edit permissions, and read the Audit Log to identify who performed each action.
Set a log channel
Without one, you will not see alerts about threats stopped by the bot. Set it from the “Lists and Settings” tab.
Take a backup after setup
Run /backup create after arranging your server so you can restore it if an attack occurs.
Run the security scan
The /scan command gives you a score out of 100, finds gaps in your server configuration, and provides specific recommendations.

Technical support

Move a license to another server
You cannot do this yourself as a safeguard against reselling. Contact support and they can move it for you.
Technical issues
Before contacting support, run /scan and check the “Frequently Asked Questions” tab—most common issues are covered there.
Response times
We try to respond as quickly as possible. Critical issues, such as a server under attack, receive priority.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the bot or incorrect user configuration. Automatic backups are an aid, not a substitute for keeping your own backup of important server settings.

We reserve the right to change these terms or service features at any time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are written in general form. For formal commercial use, we recommend consulting a legal professional to prepare terms suitable for your country and service.
